I have stayed here many times and will definitely return. Everything was very good during our 2-night stay. the B&B is located in a nice spot on the Downs.

really enjoyed the double room i had with fantastic views as well as even 2 separate bathrooms. the breakfast was delicious and particularly nice with real coffee and jams, for example and attention to detail.

Everything was very good, beautiful location so close to within walking distance of Wantage, fabulous gardens, and the Downs, just perfect experience.

Well-furnished and pretty, with its own bathroom. the spot is amazing and convenient, close to the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden within walking distance 😊.

The room had everything we could possibly need and more, with comfortable furnishings, a luxurious bathroom, and even a fridge stocked with juice and milk. The view from our window was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful gardens filled with colorful flowers and peaceful streams. The continental breakfast served on our terrace was a delight, and the hosts Astrid and Tony were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
